Jeremiah from Scottsdale, Arizona came to us with a clear and focused idea. He wanted the phrase הִנְנִי שְׁלָחֵנִי, “Here I am, send me,” placed on the outside of his forearm, running from elbow to wrist. From the beginning, he was drawn to strength and clarity. He asked for a piece that would be fully legible and grounded, something firm, with the weight and presence of iron or steel.
The focus remained on the text itself and on giving it a form that feels intentional and precise.
The process centered on refining the balance within that clarity. How to create a script that is bold without becoming heavy. How to maintain structure while allowing for a sense of movement. The result is a Hebrew script that is clear, steady, and grounded, with darker tones that give it weight and presence.
For Jeremiah, the phrase is immediate. It expresses a readiness to step forward and take responsibility. It does not require additional layers or explanation.
The final piece carries that intention in a direct and grounded way. A clear statement of presence, held with confidence and without hesitation.
