Mitsuko Ching is a Filipina tattooist and painter based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working out of Lyfestyle Ink in San Mateo, California. Born and raised in the Philippines, she moved to California in 2012 and trained as a painter before bringing that eye to skin.
She refuses to box herself into a single specialty, moving freely between realism, colour and blackwork because she loves the creative freedom of being versatile. Her background in portraiture and painting from live models gives her work real depth and likeness, and clients travel across the Bay Area to sit with her.
